Eligibility: Only officially released football shirts (Jersey's) or shirts made for the team are eligible for submission. This includes shirts worn by the team or sold by the club, encompassing: Prototypes, Pre-Match, Training and Lifestyle shirts. T-shirts, vests, and fake concept designs are not accepted.

Image Requirements: Submit a clear, flat, full-frontal image of the shirt to serve as the thumbnail. This image will be visible to all users in the database. We will remove the background from all images submitted. If a high quality image is available online from retailers or the club's official website is also acceptable, providing the image meet the image standards. No digital mock ups please, real shirt images only. Good and bad examples below.

Other Criteria: A shirt is deemed new if it is not already present in the database. Variations of shirts within the same season, distinguished solely by different or absent front of shirt sponsorship logos, or additional items such as a poppy or cup winners patch are not considered new. Arm and back of shirt differences, even for different seasons, are not considered separate shirts. Personal images of such shirts may be included when adding to your collection along with putting info in the notes section.

Database Additions: If the team, league, or manufacturer is not listed in our database, please contact us for inclusion before creating a shirt for submitting if aware.

Historical Usage: For shirts used over multiple years, please list all applicable years of use, i.e. 2000-02.
